Position: Officer- Special Cadre (Internal Audit)
Educational Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountants (Registered with ICAN)
Minimum 21 years but not exceeding 40 years as of October 1, 2023 (Ashwin 14, 2080).

Requirements:

Must be a Nepali Citizen
Ability to understand and assess the area under audit; to analyze the audit data & process for appropriateness, accuracy & effectiveness; to judge the adequacy of internal controls; and to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the system & procedures under audit.
Vigilant enough to assess and report control and procedural weaknesses with sound knowledge of banking regulation and laws and internal audit approaches.
Awareness of the risk of fraud, mismanagement, waste, and losses. He/she should be vigilant and able to recognize these risks and alert Bank Management.
Demonstrate good knowledge of up-to-date management concepts (e.g., risk, operation, control, and quality management).
Demonstrate familiarity and up-to-date knowledge with applicable laws, and NRB regulations and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients on audit issues.
Ability to support in implementation of IFRS/NFRS.
Preparation of reports for NFRS reporting which includes loan impairment, lease data, EIR data, investment data, and fixed assets and depreciation data.
Ability to coordinate and assist in annual budget preparation.
Ability to suggest policies for initiating new accounting procedures and systems.
Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, communication skills, ability to self-manage, team leadership, planning and report writing skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Ready for frequent visits to outside stations for auditing.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali.
Working Experience with Office Applications.
Good interpersonal, and communication skills along with the ability to maintain effective working relations with people.

Junior Assistant/Assistant-Special Cadre (IT)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or IT-related subjects with at least 50% Marks/3 CGPA or equivalent from universities recognized by the Government of Nepal.
Age: Minimum 18 years but not exceeding 35 years as of October 1, 2023 (Ashwin 14, 2080).

Requirements:

Must be a Nepali citizen.
Prior experience is not mandatory, but candidates having exposure in IT Domain will be preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications and Office 365.
Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware/Software, Windows Operating System, and Information Security.
Knowledge of software planning and database systems.
Good interpersonal, communication skills, and documentation skills along with the ability to maintain effective working relations with people.
