Work Experience and Other Criteria:

Assistant Level (Assistant/Senior Assistant/Supervisor)

• Minimum 10+2 (Preferably Bachelor’s Degree) in a relevant subject.
• Minimum two years of banking experience in a relevant field and currently working in at least an immediate lower position in any A, B, or C-class Bank and Financial Institution.
• Priority will be given to the local candidates having two-wheeler driving licenses.
• Age not exceeding 35 years (additional 5 years can be considered for female applicants) as on the application deadline.

Officer Level (Junior Officer/Officer)

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably Master’s Degree) in a relevant subject.
• Minimum three years of banking experience in a relevant field and currently working in at least an immediate lower position in any A, B, or C-class Bank and Financial Institution.
• Priority will be given to the candidates having two-wheeler driving licenses.
• Age not exceeding 40 years (additional 5 years can be considered for female applicants) as on the application deadline.

Officer Level (Junior Officer/Officer) – Chartered Accountant

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum two years of banking experience in the finance department in any A, B, or C class Bank and Financial Institution or 3 years of experience in an Audit Firm in Nepal
• Age not exceeding 40 years (additional 5 years can be considered for female applicants) as on the application deadline.
