Position: Junior Assistant

• Location: Any office of this financial institution
• Number required: 50 people
• Educational Qualification and Training: Minimum SLC or SEE from a recognized educational institution/ board. Or must have passed the same. Those who participated in the SEE examination must have achieved a graded score of at least 1.6 (attainment level “D”). Also, basic computer training of at least 3 months or 75 days, or 180 hours.
• Experience and Skills: Having experience working in microfinance institutions. Preference will be given to those who have driving licenses for motorcycles/scooters.
• Age: Candidates should be 18 years of age and not more than 35 years of age on the last date of application. But for women In case, the age limit should not exceed 40 years.

• Type of Competition: (a) Written Test (b) Field Concept (c) Practical Test on Computer Operation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet, etc.) (d) Interview.
• Shortlist: Among the applications received for the written test, a shortlist will be prepared on the basis of meeting the qualifications specified by the financial institution. Applicants selected from that list will be informed about the date, time, and place of the examination by publishing a notice on our website.
• Syllabus: The syllabus of the written examination will be published on the website of the financial institution.
• Examination fee: When coming to collect the admit card for the written examination, the examination fee is Rs. 500/- will have to be paid. Participation in the written exam will be done only after submitting the exam fee. The submitted exam fee will not be returned.
• Residents of the financial institution’s work area are encouraged to apply.
• Only candidates who are recommended in order of merit from the written test, field concept, practical test related to the computer operation, and interview will be assigned as trainees as per the rules of the financial institution.
• The selected candidates will have to work in any office assigned by the financial institution for pre-service training.

• Citizenship certified by the Notary Public’s office, character and merit certificate of educational qualification, computer training certificate. One copy of the experience certificate if working in a microfinance institution and a copy of any other certificate, if any
• If there is an educational certificate from outside of Nepal Equivalence certificate is required.
